Dear Sir,
I live abroad and have plots in DHA Phase 7 (Q, U, V & X). I got possession letters for Q & V blocks and now I want to start house but worried to live alone in DHA Ph7.
I am thinking to sale one plot and buy plot in Phase 6 (due to lot many people or living) or ASKARI-11(due to security assurance).
I request my brothers including CM teams for advice: I planning to construct before end of June2016 (within one year)
Should I start Ph. 7 (which plot near Q210 or V035)?
Should I go for DH 6 (Which Ph7 plot should I sale).
Should I go for ASKARI-11(Is plot also available there to build myself or I have to buy the built home).
Or any other advices like DEFENCE RAYA etc.

House construction in phase 7 has already been started and many houses are under construction. You can say that after a year, there would be many people residing in different blocks of phase 7. However, if you are saying that you want to settle your family only in Pakistan, then either Askari 11 or any other gated society would be a better choice for you. You can consider Askari 10, DHA EME or Falcon society. |

Thanks Brs. infact i want to go one kanal or more. I want to rent one portion, as well, because family will be shifted 2/3years and during this we will visit only.
In Askari-11 can i get a plot or how much for one kanal house.

If You start House today it will be completed in a year, In 2 years there will be many people in Phase 7. As DHA 7 will alomots same as phase 6 now then why to pay 70 Lac more and goto hassle of buying and selling.
If you immeditely need house Best advice is get a house on rent in best Block in DHA 6 Live for 1 year, In that time you will start liking the area, rents are low at this time. In one year you will pay Max 5 lac for 10 merla house. Next year start house builiding it will also be easier to supervise just few KM away.
Q 210 will be better Option to build as due to nearby Commercial Life will be esier than V Block . |
