Does this plot have Good, Average, Bad or worst Location?
At this stage on first sale of this plot after ballot, who will pay development charges: Buyer or Seller?

Any advice, should I hold it for certain number of months/year for growth if this plot number has potential or I should sell it & then buy/invest somewhere else on better location same in Prism 9 or somewhere like State Life phase 2 or NFC Phase 2?
