I want to ask that in dha 9 Block b which part is more value able the part which is with askari or the part which is connected to block c?

Whole B Block is great. However, lower part looks more better. |

Yes. Good approaches from State Life and Phase 5 M Block, leading to Nazwaz Sharif Interchange will make these plots worth more in future. B Block is closest to DHA 6,8 and 5 and area around it is already populated like askari XI. There are chances that it will be one of those Blocks that will be developed first. |
