I have a plot in phase 8 and 30 lacs cash,I have no plan of making home in next 8 to 10 years,please give me suggestion if it's wise to sale phase 8 plot and buy 2 excellent location 1 kanal plots in Phase 9?

I am not an expert but in your case u r planning on correct lines and u can maximize ur gains in the time frame u have given
