Appreciate if all can put some light based on their experience and knowledge about Lahore.
I have plan to construct a house at 5-7 marla and my budget is upto 3.5 million for the plot. I need your valuable input and guidance on selection of the society, my priorities are;
1. Near to LRR
2. Reasonably populated at end of 2016
3. Good development and Security

@muhammad aslam ,the average rates of m5 10 marla is 29 to 35 lakh plus transfer fee and cvt plus commission ..i just bought one last month .all the best |
