Dear Experts,
I have 2 plots in Bahria Lahore C & D block 10M. if i build house on both the plots and give on rent. how much cost is expected for building a decent house on each plot. and how much rent is expected from each house?? i want cost of construction & rent income per month separately for each house pls

dear i want to ask you that when u purchased plot in bahria did they allow u to get registry of ur plot. coz i have heard that bahria town doesnt allow ppls to get registry of their plots. in DHA, DHA give u transfer letter but also allows you to get registry of your plot if u want to. which creates a doubt abt bahria town that my be malik riaz has taken loan on registeries of plots and after his death it may be a disaster for every body. kindly respond on this. |

Though it totally depends upon the covered area of house yet it is to give you an idea that a 10 Marla plot house construction will cost you around Rs.80 Lac.
The rent expected is Rs.60,000/= per unit. |

@malik Khizer yes i have registry for my plot. i requested them to give me registry. they given already 1 year back.
