dear LRR team and experts kindly update me on DHA Rahbar's future and a question about bahria town that they don't allow plot owners to get registry of their plot. is it true? because my cousin told me that malik riaz don't allow people to get registry of their plots and there is a possibility that he may have taken loan on registries of land, is this true? in DHA , DHA issues transfer letters as ownership certificate but DHA also allow people to get registry of their plot on their name. i have seen cases in DHA. therefore, kindly update me on this issue please. And an issue of registry of plots in Bahria Town is also irrelevant now. Actually people prefer to invest in Bahria Town as there are no such things involved. The property with registry is difficult to sell and its rate is lower than non registry property. Having said that, it is not true that Bahria Town does not allow to get registry. Anyone can apply for registry its plot in Bahira Town. |

Dear Hussain. A plot with registary is better to buy or to Buy a plot in the LDA area where transfer is with LDA. Which one is more safe against the QABZA Mafia |

It totally depends upon the area and developer. Moreover, I do not have first hand information regarding registry plots. As far as Bahria Town or DHA are concerned, there is no need to go for registry. One can go for registry in these projects if bank financing is required. |
