Recently, Iqbal avenue phase-4 is launched. They are claiming it to be near phase-1 and 2 (near opf, valencia). Is it advisable for investment?
5 marla booking price is 22Lacs (without development charges) with 2.5 years installments.

Price is good if that is Place, But where is Land left around that area all areas is packed by Other Housing societies. Don't go for just rumors and ask then what is exact location. On what basis they are doing Bookings. then you can do bit of home work to se that location on google and visit Local dealers where they are mentioning location, only then it is advisable to Book.
To miss an opportunity is better than jump blindly. |

aoa i never suggest you for this first of all they don't clear the location & 5 marla price is 22 lak & with out development charges & it is only a file this is not suitable in that price
and ALLAH knows better when they complete their project |
