AoA. What will be the right time to sell this plot. Is there any chance of increase in price in near future. Dealer saying prices will go down therefore u should sell it immediately . Looking for your valued suggestions. Thanks

Brother, dealers will always advise to sell.this is their bread and butter. Hold for three years and the price is likely to at least double - if not triple. Depends on requirement - otherwise no better investment in this budget. |

Do ask your dealer what you should do with that money that you will get after selling a DHA plot....
Do ask him , will you be able to own a DHA 1K Plot ever? |
