Dear forum fellows is it right time to buy one kanal plot in prism OR one should wait till december/january to buy it please share you knowledge

You could be the owner of One Kanal Plot (Good Location)for Rs 60 Lacs only.
Development charges will be paid in 3 years installments. |

To buy reasonable plot in phase 7, you need minimum 100 lacs as compared to 60 lacs for Phase 9 (Prism)and better location also. |

Agreed, but phase 7 is ready for construction and phase 9 is still 5+ years away from house construction. |
