Dear Friends, i did a bayana to purchase a plot in LDA Avenue 1,but unfortunately owner of the plot died during bayana time,we took succession certificate for heirs.Now the problem is that one of the heir lives in America and she cant come while the other 3 are available and ready for transfer but LDA insists that all the heirs should come for transfer and they dont accept power of attorney.My question is that is there any other way of transfer?plz answer it if there is any solution

Through embassy But LDA office will have to send Documents directly to Pakistan embassy in US. Embassy First officer will attest the ID of the daughter and then will send Documents directly to LDA office it needs time and cooperation of LDA office.
Be Very sure from NADRA Office to get List of all heirs, Check original B Form, in recent 2 years LDA avenue 1 prices did not move much if possible get biana Back on No profit no loss as there is major Hitch and delay. |

Tell your relative to send power of attorney that will be attested in america from notary public.then send it to Pakistan and get attested throughbforiegn office and it will 100 % work |

Please get your biana amount back and save your ass for ever. Otherwise, litigation can be dragged anytime. This is the advice from a lawyer cum property dealer :-) |

Ask them to give back biana and get a new plot . why going through this trouble. though i doubt they will return as they will be more anxious to sell it |
