Dear Knowledgeable brothers: Please advise as I m buying some property in Johar Town 1 . 50% of the value to be paid now and balance 50% will be paid with in three months time, then property will be transfer in my name. This is Intiqal and Registry property.
what is usual legally secure procedure and documents to be needed to get prepared and signed by the seller so that both parties can be protected.
