Bahria Green Valley File Merge,

Dear Kaisrani Sahib
The notice I have seen regarding file merging in Bahria Green Valley Lahore, is that you can merge several 5-marla files into 10-marla file by paying 1 installment. Mt question is whether that installment is for 5-marla or 10-marla?

Also, is it a good idea to merge now?

As per Bahria Staff, the installment is to be paid of the file which you are merging.
As no official information is available about the project so it is very difficult for me to suggest you anything. Sorry brother!

If you know can you elaborate, please.
1. What is the value of 5-marla file that will be used by Bahria management i.e., Rs305,000 or current market value?
2. If I have four 5-marla files and I pay one installment (for 5-marla) to get one 10-marla file, will I be credited any installments into my 10-marla file account?

Welcome!
1. Face value of file after deducting membership fee (Meaning whatever is paid to Bahria Town excluding membership fee).
2. I understand that it will be credited into 10 marla file account.

Having said that, I would strongly suggest you to discuss the matter with Bahria official dealing with merger issue. Bahria Town has appointed lot of new staff and these young man are not clear in these matters.
Make any decision after getting confirmation from the concerned official.Thanks.

i purchased a file but never paid any installment....

i am not sure for my situation right now.

This is how I loot people.Book 10000 files ,,,deliver only 1000 plots,,rest eat up in merging,,,highest class of Robbery,,,can happen only in Pakistan,Well done Bahria...Well done Malik Riaz....
