AWT transfer is simple, no need to apply for NDC they will check on Spot. Very Cooperative staff and if Buyers and sellers are there they can transfer the plot in same day they transfer 4 days a week, Transfer set you get from them free of cost and fill it before you reach for transfer.
At time of transfer they will take only transfer fees and they will tell you to submit all formalities CVT, stamp and Tax etc in one or 2 days. Very simple procedure and convenient.
However If you are buyer I will recommend you to visit the office once at least to take transfer set. At that time show them allotment letter copy from seller and get information about file is clear or not.
Some area in AWT also don't have possession ask them forehand. I am not sure in how many days they issue new transfer letter. |
