I have a budget of 45 lacs, Shall I buy plot in NFC2 1 Kanal, Fazaia 10 Marla, Sui Gas II 1 Kanal or Bahria 10 Marla.

I just want to invest in secure scheme to construct home after 3 years.

Before it was around 5 lacs 40 thousand... 3 lacs transfer fees and 2.4 lacs are the total taxes... now must be lowered by a gr8 margin as news is that lake reduced transfer fee of kanal to one lac only.
