It all depends on the rates at which you are doing the work and finishes..plus the design of house whether a simple one or little bit difficult to construct.
For ease you can divide per square footage of construction cost in two main items
1. Labour Charges (Nominally 200-250 Rs/sft)
2. Materials (Nominally Rs/sft)
Materials include all inlc grey structure items and complete finishes.
so if you take the avge of market (in order to build a better thing) then total Rs/SFT would be 225+1800= 2025 Rs
its 4450000 Rs approximately. |
