I have 5 marla nicely built house in punjab society opposite DHA lahore. Its in D block... In numbering of 20's.. If anyone intereseted please reply here.

Demand is 95 lac little negotiable

Brother, if the house is not older than 3-5 years and is very well constructed then its value is not more than 75 lacs.

If it is Semi commercial then it will have even lower market value. Families prefer to stay in full residential houses. Even if the house is facing commercial markets are lower market value.

Regards i already mentioned that the above mentioned rate is little negotiable u can say we can make a deal near 90... It is semi commercial and built with all A class material...
