DHA Town Phase 9,

What do the experts say; the prices of 5 Marla plots in Phase 9 Town have reached its peak, now is it wise to buy plots which is in the bracket of 55 to 60 lacs? Is there any juice left in this investment for the purpose of investment ?

CMY SIR , I agree but u know 1000 times better than me that it was all because of files trading ..I will buy today a plot in prism if anyone can guarantee me 300% gain in next 5 years..I am sure sir that u got my point quite precisely what I was trying to ask u in above statement. .thank you and would wait for reply from you sir

And sir one more thing my brother still have the file for one kanal plot he bought in 2004 for 45 lakh .he keeps that in a frame next to his wedding pic because that's the year he got married in Pakistan (he bought the plot to satisfy his in laws before marriage).I hope he did make 300% after 11 years..sir there are alot of sad stories too..not everyone is an investor

If the price of 5 Marla plot in phase 5 is around 80 lacs then don't you think that Phase 9 Town 5 Marla would be equal to that proportion, I know your argument would be that phase 5 is fully developed in shape of constructed houses, but at the same time the location of 5 Marla plots in phase 9 Town has much more better location. So according to my estimation soon after the possession the builders who have bulk of plots in their kitty would start construction & very soon this town would be developed. In Round 1 or 1/12 years the price of 5 Marla plot would be around Rs. 80 lacs
