Aoa everyone. .my question is for experts like CMY SIR, Jameel bhai and ones who know real things about property, what will u think about the current situation of state life phase 2 , what is the solution and where would u expect it to be after 5 years ..please gives ur opinions about it ...and would like to hear from u the real solutions. .thank you so much for ur valuable input and time

As far as location is concerned SL2 does not have match however it is pertinent to mention here that the management has to play their role to take the prices up. The work in SL1 proves that they have lot of potential. In my humble and lay opinion the prices will definitely rise here with the passage of time. If you have read the post of CMY he mentioned that it might be taken over by DHA in any time frame then you can yourself imagine the worth of that place which is already in the center of DHA and very close to ring road. The moment they announce any activity here the prices will be out of reach. Regards |
