I have 35 lacs budget for 2 years, where should I invest and what possible increase I can expect?

Excellent choice, not all the eggs in one basket and both are growing options. You can sell one after two years and build the other or what ever. Two options have more flexibility and risk has been mitigated as well. |

Only 10 lacs increase in 02 Years...Whats special in this...35 lacs investment can easily fetch 10 lacs in 02 years..even banks can give this much profit..why go for risk at Prism.. |

@yahiya which bank will give 10 lac profit in 2 years? as per my knowledge banks these days offer 5 to 6 percent profit which makes around 3.5 lacs after two years. Although I consider bank profit as haram but even if yu are comfortable with it then i guess its still better to invest in property to get better gains then banks |
