If your plumber or electrician are properly qualified and experienced you can go for concealed otherwise dont go for concealed as it will create great problem with leakage or mistakes of short circuiting etc.My advise is to go with proper plumber or electrician no matter if you have to spend more.It will save you a lot of money later on.
