salam too all,
i want to buy dha 9 plot from a property dealer which is not LRE. i am not comfortable with other then lre, however i do not have choice cause they have that plot which i want. can some 1 tell me, what can goes wrong? and how careful i should be cause i m not in Pakistan plz keep this in mind.

@taha ,if society is good and seller is genuine and you have someone there on ur behalf and who can be able to do the follow up on ur behalf then everything will be alright in sha ALLAH |

pay little money to lock the deal and get pay order in the name of seller and do mention the pay order number in sale deal and hand over this pay order in DHA office at the time of signature when it is transferring plot in your name. |

Taha Another option can be you execute deal by your own dealer, LRE will take Commission from you side and Party having plot will take from other side, Yor trustworthy people will fight for your bargain and help you get smooth deal, Make then clear that I want only that plot and they should not focus on other options.
I Once did like this and after finding required property came to my trustworthy dealer and completed deal. |
