I am planning to invest in 1 kanal resident Plot. I am confused where should I invest in Phase 7 or Phase 9. My budget is 8 to 8.5 million. Please suggest. This is not to construct house, this is pure investment for 3-5 years.

I think many people are confused like you
If you want Plot for Possession or to make home in 2,3 then Buy in Phase 7 It already have possession and 2,3 years will be right time to live there.
And If you can wait for possession time and later few more years for population to happen in DHA 9 like DHA 6 is today then phase 9 is right chice.
Price increase in both of phases will be almost equal only thing that in short term 2,3 years Phase 9 may not give much profit. |

I would not invest all my money in one plot, if goal is purely investment. Chance of doubling your money earlier is greater if you invest in several smaller sized plots compared to one 1-kanal plot. Buy at least 2 plots from it. |
