Respected CMY, Jameel or any other member is requested to explain buying procedure of DHA Multan. I guess only Affidavid file are available not allocation files. Do we need to go to DHA office at Multan or formalities can be done at Lahore. Please explain for knowledge of all. Is buying affadavid file is safe to purchase.

Yes you will have to goto Multan twice
That is also Correct there are more affidavit files and almost no allocation files the reason is less turn over or less short term investors

Affidavit file can be transferred to your name without your presence. So no need to go to Multan as it can be transferred to your name by seller/Investor.
LRE has trustworthy affiliation and they can get it transferred to your name and can verify if from DHA office before making final payment. You only have to go once to collect allocation letter later but that you can do even after 1 year. |
