Each and every plot of Phase 9 Prism will gain with time. The difference in price will remain almost in same per-potion as they are today. Boundary plots are over criticized otherwise generally they are much better located and have free and fast access most of the time.

I was going to buy 1-Kanal plot in Tulip block on installment but now I have changed the decision and will go to 10 Marla in developed blocks and approved by LDA to build house. Though the extension blocks will be approved later but still risky and it will take some time.
I am searching for a 10 marla plot in Jasmine block. I can exchnage with my 1 Kanal plot in Engineers Town.Actually I am in Dubai and cannot searchmuch visiting there.
