Please as DHA 9 balloting is over now so can we get some update on Divine Gardens? Divine Gardens was one time hot property but due to their mismanagement all the investors are being hurt badly. Thanks.

Dear Jameel, It is true and I heard the same from others. My question is in this case what will be the outcome of this society. will they hand over houses as is and let owners to complete the remaining part? OR owners has to wait and see. Can someone suggest what are the other solutions for owners to follow? like going into court or what? I follow this website and I remember Formanities (next to dha 9)had same issues. What happened there if some expert can shed some light on this situation. |

Small private developer had and will have same issues.
It was NOT financial crisis BUT GREED. The money collected was invested in DUABI and probably has suffered huge losses. |
