I bought a plot in D.H.A last year.when i was finding the plot i was getting upper price limit demands from dealers.Now when i want to sell it,most of the dealers are giving lowest possible price of that plot
:) Now how this thing can be cater and how i can get the best price of my plot.??

It is Not best time to sell , please tell which phase is it.
Prices are taking Down turn in phase 5,6,and 8 Not drastic but 10% to 15% fall in last 2 years.
In DHA 7 also same trend was seen and Cror Plot shed 10 Lac in last year. but in last 2 weeks some 5 Lac improvement is seen. |

Doctor sb there is an easy solution, i tried this while selling my cars, what you have to do it to just pretend as a buyer and ask for a price for a similar specfication plot.. This will give u an idea that ur plot price is 1 to 2 % around that price |

Soon after possession price drops due to supply no need tow worry about that, You will have to wait till construction starts and you see few houses here and there. Best time was to sell it is 6 months before possession. Price goes up more with excitement of news than actual good things happens see the dip in LDA avenue 1. A plot of 48 before possession is 38 now. |
