I think DHA multan has got potential to grow. a closer look at the site on google earth shows that land is almost clear with no villages. having strong family connections in Multan I have come to know from someone closely involved in land acquisition process that DHA has acquired major chunk of land easily as there are mostly big land owners there and people are easy to deal then in Lahore. 1 kanal plot in established societies like Wapda town (only potential competitor of DHA) is touching 150 lacs.and trust me, Wapda town development is far behind DHA standard. i think if Management can deliver, which seems like the case then we might see a spike at the end of this year, if they hold a ballot. Rest Allah knows better.
Respected CMY might shed some more light as he has been a strong advocate of DHA multan
