DHA 9 TOWN POSSESSION,

Dear LRE/ CMY Sahib,

Congratulations to all plots holders in 9 Town on Possession.

Dear experts can you kindly comment on 9 Town 5 Marla plot prices in coming Days. Estate agents are demanding 63 Lacs to 75 Lacs for 5 Marla plots as per Location after Possession. Kindly guide us as per your experience regarding upcoming prices??

these prices looks bit on higher side....actually prices are in between 52-65.....yes these will increase more once construction activity will start in couple of months....

prices will go down after possession due to selling pressure and competition from prism plots...70 lac is unrealistic price and will correct itself next year...will gain once construction activity starts

how you are compairing DHA town possession available and Prism just balloted with each other....
just talk logically....possession just announced and construction will start immediatly as most of the builders were eaiting to get possession and to start construction....wait for couple of months and you will not find plot in 75...

@ E.A just study the pattern in phase 7 after possession.. most of the holders in dha 9 town are investors.. after possession they will ofload their inventory to shift investments elsewhere. builders will not jump in immidiately as builders only make houses in populated areas. again phase 7 is an example where no builder house despite 1 yr. new investor will buy in prism and avoid dha town as very little juice left. so in short term there will be a sofetening in prices for may be an year and with starting of construction activity and rising demand, prices will gain... If im buying in that area today, I will definitely buy prism if i dont want to make my home. however thats only my personal view point , sorry if it offends somebody

These are current prices "Demands" and may go down after selling pressure all are good/ resonable locations Suleman is in some Euphoria

The rates that you have given here are from LRE on 09-June-2015, before the announcement of possession.

Please check the current market rate and you will be astonished.

@Dubai

i know personally many of the builders those holding lots of plots and they are applying for possession to build the houses.

Phase can not be compared with Town, as there no 5 Marla plots available, town is for small houses and builders earn money on small houses.

anyhow its my personal view, prices have already increases in the last week and still increasing day by day.

let see where the increase ends up.
