DHA Multan is a great investment for those who know when is the best time to pull out. This will definitely give a good return for a short time but is likely to bounce back because many investors are non-Multan residents and will get their return fairly and quickly. |

Pros 1 - DHA name and brand so money is safe 2 - Competitors have very low standard as comparison to DHA 3 - Less litigation in comparison to Lahore for land clearance and acquisition 4 - land in the area is dirt cheap like 15 lac per acre: easy land acquisition. Cons 1 - Multan market is not developed yet no big investment buying selling: money can stuck for while 2 - Team and market has no experience of such project delivery. 3 - Location too far from major urban amenities 4 - Already on the course of slippage as balloting supposed to be in first half of 15. In case of one or two year delay will lead to major loss of money. In panic investor will pull out in desperation. Alternatives are many as DHA phase 7, 8, 9 smaller plot can give you same return with peace of mind. |
