no doubt DHA is safe heaven for investment purpose, but how far it is safe for residential purpose. There is on average one armed robbery (dacoity)in a week. if you read page 4 of Daily Jang news paper you will endorse my comment :h

Nothing is safe whether Bahria or DHA. My sister's place has gotten robbed twice in the same year and she's been living in Bahria for 2 years. Even my dad's place has gotten robbed twice and he lives in DHA Phase 1 very close to H market. We suspect police was involved in the robbery.
Anyway, I pray things get better when the next government takes over.
