what is suggestion for the plot owners of phase 8 proper who are holding not for house construction but for future needs or investment for long term. do they should wait for possession announcement or construction activity to start there or should quit now or in a year.
My second question is what is the future of the empty land besides the phase 8 proper. is it punjab Govt. land or belong to Military dairy farms. ? is there any hope of expanding phase 8 proper to this land.

Keep it till handover at least. Phase 5 is 2 crore plus. Phase 8 will have better value than phase 5, due to better location and access |
