i need expert advice from all property Guru's of Lahore property. i feel all of sudden good location plot in DHA 9 Prism has shoot up and now good location plot is around 80+ lacs. if now i buy a plot in 80+ lacs + 20 lacs development charges total 100 lacs. my question is is this is good investment? should 1 invest 100 lacs and wait for at least 5 year for some kind of return. plz advice what should i do ?

Plenty of good plots available between 65-75 lacs. I have four 1 kanal plots there so I speak with certainity here. |
