If someone could break a silence on this. So that someone can advise me on DHA 8 Parkview 4 Marla Commercial prospect please? Is it a good investment ? Please help?
I understand its different than DHA 8 Broadway Commercial also would like to know what is the difference between the two??

In phase 8 there are 3 types of 4 Marla commercial: Phase 8 commercial , Broadway Commercial and Parkview commercial. Price wise Parkview commercial is the most cheapest amongst the three |

DHA making efforts to ensure maximum clearance the pockets in Parkview and A block area cleared. In last two years a lot of construction there and prices get appreciated a lot. Park view commercial is worthy to invest due to very reasonable price.After ballot healthy returns.
