Which one is better,

LRE has following plots available for sale for Phase 9.
A 293
B 540
I am interested in buying one but not sure which one is better. Any expert opinion will be highly appreciated.

Both plot r very good . however both r expensive.
82+21 lacs development charges. +commsion,transfer etc total this will cost u 104 lacs. So think about it. This will not give you that much fruit in near future, however after 5 ,6 years u will get good profit.

A 293 is facing park
B 540 is on 120 foot road
Both have positives but it depends what is the purpose of investment.
A will gain quicker but B will gain more in the end. For lesser period A for longer period B. Lets See what others suggest.
