Dear Experts,
I am staying in UAE and planning to invest in Pakistan for the first time. I have done some research as per my budget. I came on the point to buy 1 kanal plot in state life phase 2. Please share your expert opinion if it will be the better option for long term investment.

State Life 2 is not Good option it will not be developed soon, If you tell the budget we can suggest someting Better |

Thanks Habib Sahab,My current budget is around 30 lakh, This is for long term investment. I wont be selling in the next 5 years frame time. I already have a plot in Bahria Town Raiwind. Looking for something near to DHA. 1 Kanal Plot. |

30 Lac Budget long term NFC 2 , Or I will suggest improve it by 3,4 Lac and Buy in Sui gas 2 |
