Non-Construction Penalty,

I received this letter from DHA back in January. They want me to start construction in 3 years, which will be unlikely for me. Kindly advise what is the typical non-construction penalty imposed by DHA on 1 Kanal plots.

13000 peryer per Kanal Like If you start in 2022 you will pat 65 K
