General post considering the 132KVHT line crossing across phase 8 proper. What are the cons of this exactly? Can someone explain to a rookie what this is? I am researching it myself also. What would be a safe distance from this line to buy for home?

If you are worried bout resale Value that is Low, You cant change Public Opinion, If you think of Health hazards there are no issues 300 Feet away, There no Xray or other Raditaion neither People Working close to these lines are advised to wear radiation protective measures. Your mobile may cause more risk than these lines. But for last 20 years Nothing is Proven

What about noise pollution being close to airport.How much decibels are safe to live in that area.

Noise pollution is not that a problem but emf emitted from grids and high tenshion wores is a source of cancer. Avoid that . You can search my detail post on that on this forum
