Dear Jameel saab and other experts of LDA Avenue 1 please let me know the price in F block and D block 100 feet and 120 feet kanal plot price right now.What you will say if someone want to do investment in lda avenue 1 for almost 2 years.How much gain is expected and when construction activity will start there.

90 lac on 100 feet road , 110 lac on the side of electric poles and 120 lac on the other side , expected rates after 2 years may be 125-135 for 100 feet and 160-170 on 120 |

Only a dealer who is active in LDA can answer your question about these exceptional locations plots, even in very stable market the prices of these plots on Main locations vary a lot. And depend upon availability. One may ask Cror and other may sell you in 65 Lac.
I have plot in D Block so can tell you. For an average Plot of Kanal in D Block Price is 55 Lac and 10 merla is in 33 to 36 Lac these are plots with average location on ground Possession and no bad features. |
