What is the future of DHA 9 Town files? When are they likely to be balloted ? I hold couple of these and is it advisable to sell and buy kanal in 9 Prism ? Please advise please..

DHA Town File Is On Maximum Price Rs. 38.75 Lacs,(Additional Rs. 7 To 9 Lacs Will Paid As Development Charges).
Ballot Expected In End Of Next Month,Best Time To Sell DHA Town File And Buy Ten Marla Or One Kanal Plot In Prism 9.
