Canal Garden Phase 2,

I have recently visited the canal side society and found plots on installment in canal garden phase 2 opposite to sukh chan.Price for 5 marla is 25 lac and is 1 year plan.As balloting is recently been done and they have land just after the phase 1 and they have also approved map from LDA.
Experts please suggest the investment in this society as its been easy to pay installment and is there any other better plan in installment other than this one please suggest.
i also have viewed the track record and it seems good.They have already delivered well before time but i also need satisfaction about this society from experts of this forum.

No doubt they have developed AA block and extension in just 9 months.One of my friend bought there in 22 lac a year back and now he were offered 26.5 lac but he didnot sale .For installment prospect i would like to re-command this society.Hold for 1 year and get good gain.

I have also investment in this society and it seems good.If you are interested in buying then i can help you out.Ballot have been done.Now plots are available in re-sale having own from 1 to 1.5 lac depending upon where buyer and seller agree.If you want to buy then let me know i can help you out or you can buy directly from dealers but please do your own working before making any investment.

Mushtaq Ali Saab plz stay away from canal gardens phase 2. It is not to going develop by original canal garden's management. A group of a people who have few canals land behind the present canal garden. They just got a 30 feet enternce through canal garden. Now they r offering plots under canal gardens phase 2 name. This group is totally fraud. One thing more an on duty LDA director is also included in that fraud group. So plz stay away from it if u want to save it hard earned money.

Faizi,These plots are under the responsibility of canal garden management.As transfers,installment collection etc all is done by canal garden main office.the land which you are taking about is on the opposite side of this society and that land have been owned by some person,sorry i forgot his name,that is not part of phase 2.The road which you are talking about is 60 feet road instead of 30 feet road.Recently canal garden also bought land along with that 60 feet road but it will be develop later on.

The land which you are saying is on opposite side of society. the entrance which you are saying 30 feet road,canal garden also get that land before phase 2.
