i Shall be very greatfull if you can also advise which of the following option can earn me more
Option 1. i hold the for 4-5 years
Option 2. Sell it and by a file each in DHA Gujranwala and DHA Multan

Mr. Khaled,
I must say you have one of the best plots in Prism. Very close to Block A and very close to the proposed theme park.
Q is my favorite block in Prism (I was able to buy a plot here after quite a lot of effort). It is right between block R (which will develop fast due to LRR access and DHA apartment complex and other private projects) and block A (which is connected to DHA town directly).

Dear in my point of view u should sale ur plot and buy following by adding few bucks
1 x kanal file DHA Multan
1 x kanal file DHA Gujranwala
1 x 10 Marla file Gujranwala
In my point of this deal can earn u more over a period of 5 years in comparison with holding on to our plot. Air CMY and Jameel Bhai can guide better |
