1) which blocks have possession?
2) Is their any non construction/maintenance fee?

Dear Owais

The possession is available in Block A, B, G, F. If you are interested in buying 1 kanal or 10 marla than block A is ideal. It is a good society and construction activity is in full swing and prices are rising gradually. It is a right time to do an investment there. I suggest you to explore by yourself and call few dealers or visit by yourself before making any decision.
