Comparison between Phase 9 Prism and IVY Green,

Dear Jameel SB, Habib Sb, Block B, and other experts.

I want to buy one Kanal Plot and this is purely for investment purpose. Kindly let me inform which is better option
1. Phase 9 Prism
2. IVY green Phase 8.
Price of 1 Kanal is almost same for the best location plots in both the phases. Please advice which one is better option for future gain and investment for a period of Upto 3 Years.

If you expand the span to 5 years its best to buy in Ph9 specially good locations plots in A,B,C,Q,D,F,G,H blocks... Ivy green location is not good.

Dear Sir,
I think you should take priority to DHA Phase 9 Prism Over Ivy Green. Although Ivy green will be developed 1st but On longer run phase 9 will yield more return. choice is yous

I will update about ivy green progress
If you need developed plot in 3,4 ys then ivy green
If can wait 7,8 ys then prism
