I think where there is no waste collection system people must be using open field for answering call of nature

I don't think any society is free from drain passing like Lahore Gymkhana club ,Shah Jamal,Wanda,gulburg.
Ithink the societies which have no waste collection system may be peoples living there use to answer the call of nature in open field in open atmosphere
