Can any one advise / comment on 8 Marla Commercial Broadway File Vs Phase 7 Residential Plots i.e. an investment of around lacs over a time horizon of 2- 3 years. Which investment is expected to give better returns.

Phase 7 Res block W S T U P are best for short term profit near one to two years investments.
For longer time three to five years plz considered phase 9 Z1 & Z2 commercial 8 marla, they have batter choice near yours budget now days. |
