Dear LRE team,
I was in search of residential plot to build house in future. Some body suggested me to invest in DHA 7 commercial file and and sell it after two year.
Your recommendation required for
1- What price you fore see after one year and after two year.
2- When is its balloting expected.

I also have a plot in phase 7 and wanted to sell. But experts here have advised me to wait for 6 to 12 months for a rapid gain, i.e. from 30 to 50%. I can myself, prices in phase 7 are increasing. I am holding it for the time being and will consider to sell it after 6 to 8 months. |

No need to get panic for ph7 because dealer are buying in biana to encase post Eid holidays of Poor Expat just wait 4-6 week every thing will be normal. |
