@Asim,

DHA 9 Town file is HOT but it has reached its peak , U may find 10M plot in proper 9 plus 10M file of Rahbar may be good option.

@Asim, This forum is tricky in this sense, you may ask questions and the answer is very simple from the people. Every dealer/investor would suggest you your own area. Therefore, be smart and dont put all the eggs in one basket, this is my rule number 1.

Secondly, is do your own research on all available options in your budget and find options after discussion on different channels. On-site visit, LRE, dealer visits etc.

funny :) a guy who has 7.5 million dolars would be comming to this place for advice, i would think he would have gotten enough experience whilest he was making that 7.5 million :). if inherited then a serior family member should have advised him. strange.
