I am an overseas Pakistani. I made a deal of an affidavit commercial 4 marla plot file in phase 7 DHA three months ago through an agent
It was a Sangat Nagar file. Now the agent is saying that there is a litigation or stay order involved and I may have to wait indefinitely or take my advance back. I am sitting overseas and just wanted to know if there is actually a stay order or the agent is misleading me. What is the best line of action? At the time of the deal the price was Rs. 133 lacs. Please advise.

Price have gone up and your dealer aap ko ollo bana raha hey. He have sold your commercial to someone else. |

It is true that supply is limited as many of the files are stuck with DHA. Also, commercial phase 7 market is very hot where 4 Marla commercial file has increased from 125 to 170 lacs. So one cannot say for sure that your agent is lying or not. |
