Ansari sahib DHA phase 5 M block is next to DHA phase 5 where one kanal plot price is now touching 3.25 crore. Lahore Real Estate thinks your investment in plot or to make a house in DHA5 M block in near future will reward you a lot more than DHA7 plot of same price/budget because M block is located in middle of developed areas and also very close to Lahore Ring Road interchange.
